Our fundraisers are only available within a 30 mile radius of our manufacturing facility. The only exception is if the fundraiser is over four thousand dollars, then we will extend to a 50 mile radius. The fundraiser is delivered to you in a refrigerated truck and must be stored in a refrigerated facility as per local County and State Board of Health regulations. In some instances we may stay and allow the product to be distributed directly from our truck if storage is not possible.
Our fundraisers are extremely popular with school events for sports teams and cheerleaders as well as other school functions. Dance studios, churches, boys and girls little leagues, swimming centers are also participating. They have become so popular that we are averaging one fundraiser per week. The Superbowl is our busiest period.
The fundraiser comes to our customers in the form of partially cooked product. It is packaged in a sealed bag then placed into a case of 10 bags per case for easy distribution. Each bag has either six large Panzarotti per bag or thirty mini Panzarottini per bag. Due to overwhelming demand, fundraisers have to be scheduled one per week. Please contact Linda as to the available dates. Fundraisers are available to order seven days after the Labor Day Holiday until July 1st. July, August and the first week in Sept. are dark due to vacations and school orders for the upcoming school year. All orders are due in our office three weeks before the delivery excluding weekends. Confirmation of your fundraiser must reach our office 60 days before the event or it will be automatically cancelled. Call as soon as possible as there is a twelve month backlog of available dates available.
